The organization made this statement while pleading with Nigerians to dismiss claims that President Bola Tinubu’s chief of staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, had hidden documents from his boss and accepted money in exchange for appointing political office seekers.

In a news conference conducted by its director general, Oche Silas, the youth organizations said that those criticizing Hon. Gbajabiamila are troublemakers who are spreading lies to undermine Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope” Agenda.

In particular, he targeted a modest, innocent man who had been working hard to carry out the task assigned to him by the president in order to rebuild Nigeria and bring about the Nigeria Project, saying, “We want to clear the air on the incessant activities of some jobless mischief makers who are scattered everywhere just to spread cheap rumors and lies against our party.

We called for this press conference on this topic in order to warn the good people of our great party, the APC, and the good people of our beloved country, Nigeria, generally, to be wary of some unscrupulous elements who go by the name of the APC Youth wing and similar names and spread propaganda in order to attract attention.

You may all remember that these sleazy blackmailers have been spreading false claims that the president’s chief of staff is concealing documents from the president and accepting bribes to give political office seekers appointments. All of these baseless accusations are nothing more than extortion meant to stir up some unneeded commotion in certain circles. We completely disprove this and urge the general public to be informed,” he stated.
